“You have all been very helpful, professional and excellent at communicating with us.”

“Laura was extremely helpful: First, she answered all my e-mailed questions clearly and promptly. Second, she smoothed my way by providing the right paperwork to the right department, and helped resolve any snags there were. I do not have very good balance, and she provided a shoulder or an arm when I needed the help, which was very helpful. Beyond being competent, efficient and reliable, she is also very personable: she described aspects of Uruguay that helped me getting better oriented. I definitely recommend her!”

"I just wanted to tell you how uncomplicated Laura's assistance has made the residency process for Mike and I. Besides being extremely professional, personable and efficient, the relationships she has within each department/organization involved proved invaluable. It has been a pleasure working with her, and we look forward to the next step in the process."

"In a country as relaxed as Uruguay, Laura is a remarkable go-getter who understands how to keep residency and immigration processes moving."As a fluent English speaker, comunication with him is a staight forward process, especially with new foreign clients. This garantees a fluid and very professional workflow, and builds stable business relationships from the first meeting onwards. Coming from a family with an over 100 years history as Notaries and Lawyers, he is very well connected in Uruguay and in the region.

"Laura has become an indispensable resource in the transition to our new home, Uruguay. She is helpful and conscientious to the extreme; and all business and tact in seeing things through the bureaucracy."

"Laura is a thorough and proactive professional who has a wide understanding of her field and knows how to establish excellent relationships with both her clients and the relevant authorities."

"Being able to rely on her throughout the entire process allowed my wife and me to focus on building our life here, without worrying about appointments or paperwork. We always knew that Laura would take care of everything. Whenever an official had an extra question, she handled it effortlessly—always full of energy and enthusiasm, pushing through any resistance when needed. It’s been a pleasure working with her, and I highly recommend her services to anyone who doesn’t want to navigate the challenges of immigration alone."

"I was able to obtain permanent residency in Uruguay with Laura’s help, and she was amazing! At every step of the way, she was there to keep me updated and apprised of everything that was going on. I’m learning Spanish, but my fluency level is not high enough for a seamless experience, so I was very grateful for Laura’s proficiency in both Spanish and English! She also knows the intricacies of the bureaucracy and is great at navigating the system in a very logical and efficient manner. Add to all of this her warmth and sense of humour, and you have a winning formula for achieving your Uruguayan residency goals. I can honestly say that I could not have done it without her, muchas gracias, Laura!!!"

"My husband and I relocated to Uruguay from Sweden in 2018, and in every step of the way, Laura has been a miracle to work with. She has helped us with the residency process, guided us in how to get our medical insurance sorted, supporting me all the way through the process of becoming a citizen and many, many other things that you don’t even know you need help with before you relocate. Laura is extremely supportive and friendly, knowledgeable and very well connected in all the different institutions. She is the kind of person that goes the extra mile for all her clients, and I can highly recommend Laura if you are planning to move to Uruguay!"

"A shout out to Laura Canepa for guiding us through the residency process. She is top drawer and we would gladly recommend her to anyone considering Uruguay residency."

"Even before we landed in UY, Laura walked us through the process of amassing the necessary documents needed from over 20 different government and financial agencies in the USA. We submitted our residency application a few weeks after arrival and 5 months after that we have our permanent residency. This would literally not be possible without Laura. She is smart, professional, knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, efficient and effective. We had a dream of living in UY full time and thanks to Laura we get to live that dream every day faster than we could have imagined."

"Mobility LC and Laura Canepa helped my family immigrate from the United States to Uruguay and she obtained our permanent residency in a period of less than nine months during a very difficult time in the pandemic. We received kind, caring, professional advice throughout the immigration process. Mobility LC provided introductions to real estate and banking professionals and coordinated translations and all services in a timely fashion. We received prompt answers at every stage in the process. I am aware that the permanent residency process has taken some time for other friends whom we have met here. That was not our experience. I attribute the rapid granting of our residency to the focus of Mobility LC and the knowledge of the migrations process. Ms. Canepa was kind and caring throughout the process and has remained available for further migration needs."

"The best service and attention!!! She knows what she's talking about and delivers on her promises!! She's a true professional and thoroughly understands all the intricacies of bureaucratic systems. It's a pleasure working with her. Highly recommended."

"I won’t write much about my own experience with LC because the others on the page have done it so well. I will just say this: Don’t waste your time trying to figure it out, even if you speak Spanish. Laura knows the system and knows the people. Let Laura handle it, even if you look at the requirements and say to yourself 'this should be easy'."

"We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Laura. She responded promptly with valuable information, knew exactly which documents were required and how to present them, secured key appointments, and guided us through every step. She translated for us, kept the process smooth, and her professional relationships clearly helped. Her patience, calm, knowledge, and skill were essential. We give her the highest recommendation."

"I would like to thank Mobility LC for the effort and dedication for the services provided to obtain my residency and revalidation of the Uruguayan diploma. Given the service provided by Mobility LC, I cannot stop observing some points that positively surprised me. • Clarity • Agility and flexibility in commercial service • Easy forms of payment • Accuracy and timeliness of agreed deadlines. Obrigado, Laura! You are proof that success is achieved through talent, determination and hard work."

"My family of 4 relocated to Montevideo about 2 years ago and we were so glad to have hired Laura to manage our residency applications. Laura made everything incredibly easy – she did all the leg work and only called us to appear at government offices when required. We would show up at the time she scheduled with us and be in and out in 10 minutes. Very VIP. And our residency came through much faster than most of our friends of similar nationalities. I think she’s efficient because she is on top of your process and your paperwork – at any moment she knows exactly where in the process your application is and is constantly checking on it and pushing it through. And when complications arise, as they inevitably do sometimes, her connections and familiarity with the system resolve them quickly. And on top of everything she’s just a nice person to be around. Also will mention we found her pricing very competitive. No need to shop further, you’ll be in good hands with Laura!"
